What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right in a timely fashion. We will refund the order as long as the item/s are returned in good condition.

How do you replace a dripping tap?

How to Replace a Tap Cartridge:

Step 1: Gather Your Tools: Adjustable wrench, Screwdriver (flathead and Phillips), Replacement ceramic disc cartridge

Step 2: Turn Off the Water Supply: Locate the water shut-off valves under the sink. Turn the valves clockwise to shut off the water supply. Open the tap to check water has been shut off, drain any remaining water and relieve pressure.

Step 3: Remove the Tap Handle: Look for a screw on the handle (usually hidden under a decorative cap). Use a screwdriver to remove the screw and lift off the handle. If the handle is stuck, gently wiggle it or use the Wrench, taking care not to scratch the finish. Sometimes the handle or lever maybe secured with an allen key, if this is the case please loosen and remove handle/lever.

Step 4 Remove the Packing Nut: Use an adjustable wrench or pliers to loosen and remove the packing nut. Be careful not to damage the surrounding area.

Step 5: Remove the Old Cartridge: use a spanner or adjustable wrench to undo the cartidge Remove the old ceramic disc cartridge from the Tap. Check for any debris or buildup in the faucet that may need cleaning.

Step 6: Install the New Cartridge: Insert the new cartridge into the tap, Please ensure You fit correct cartridge, ie red rubber base of cartridge= hot. blue rubber base of cartridge = cold. (The cartridges are handed, meaning one opens turning handle left and the other opens handle turning right)

Step 7: Reattach the Packing Nut: Hand-tighten the packing nut back onto the tap, then use the wrench to tighten it slightly, but be careful not to over-tighten.

Step 8: Reattach the Tap Handle: Place the handle back onto the cartridge and secure it with the screw. If applicable, snap the decorative cap back in place.

Step 9: Turn On the Water Supply: Slowly turn the water supply valves counterclockwise to restore water flow. Check for any leaks around the Tap and tighten connections if necessary.

Step 10: Test the Tap: Turn on the faucet to check for proper water flow and ensure everything is working smoothly.
